There is, unfortunately, no such thing as the 8th continent. Besides conspiracy theories regarding sunken cities such as Atlantis there is no indication of one existing.
Geographically speaking there are only seven major continents. 8th Continent is, however, a milk-alternative beverage. Many have purchased it. So, yes, it has been explored.
