The Strawberry Mansion closed in 2006. The site was purchased in 2010 and will re-open as The Mansionin July 2011. The entertainment destination will include a 300 seat restaurant with a deck overlooking the intracoastal and a stage for live entertainment, a deli, bakery and an upscale package store.

We're looking forward to The Manison's opening. It looks beautiful from the outside, but as of Wed. 12-28-11 there are still several NO TRESPASSING signs posted on the property. I wonder when it'll open. add a comment

The Nannie Lee house, also called Strawberry Mansion in Melbourne, Florida was built in 1905 by John and Nannie Lee is considered a historical landmark. Nannie Lee was very active in community affairs and the house serve as the site of numerous social, religious and civic functions. It also served as a restaurant from 1981-2007.

Strawberry Mansion has undergone extensive repair, expansion and remodeling but still not open for business. I am waiting to restart our tradition of Christmas Eve dinner there.

Strawberry Mansion is a restaurant in Melbourne, Florida. This restaurant is one of the 10 best on Florida's coast. It's a Victorian home build in 1905. Very romantic atmosphere. Outdoor seating is offered for a more casual environment. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner and their average meal cost is around $10.00. Enjoy a little history and a great meal.
