In passive-aggressive behavior there is no one stop fix. Therapy is most often a combination of one or more types of treatment. Individual counseling can provide tools and methods to help identify occurences. In group therapy, a person learns how to control and manage hostility. There is no specific drug for this disorder, but antidepressants are helpful with irritability.

Spend time each day thinking through your actions, and the motivations for those actions. Where you have exhibited passive-aggressive behavior, note the context and be careful in similar situations.

You need to identify the behaviors and figure out what's causing it. Talk to a good friend or family member they probably see what triggers it. Be honest with yourself, group therapy might be the best thing.
