Announcements that a home is "open" for viewing are made in the local newspaper and on real estate message boards, as well as with a sign in front of the property. Write about your personal feelings for all the people coming around, how you will cook or dress up, and the romantic situations involved. Keep it as personal and kitschy as you can. Most people will show up for romantic interest, keep that in mind, even if you have a spouse, be open!
