The shiatsu massage uses acupressure and pressure techniques.The techniques usaully involve hands,knees and elbows.Shiatsu is used as an old japanese massage method for healing .Shiatsu mostly uses pressure for healing.

Shiatsu massages are popular because they find certain areas of the body to focus on and give it lots of attention to correct problems you may have been having. The masseuse/masseur would use their palm and the fingers of one hand and apply pressure to problem areas.
