Reservation Rewards is a program that gives you discounts on items you purchase through their approved websites. While the name might lead you to believe so, this program has nothing to do with travel. Right now they are being investigated due to the fact members have been receiving many unwanted extra charges on their credit cards.

Yes "reservation rewards" is basically the same as frequent flier miles. You sign up for a membership with a certain hotel/motel chain. Then every night you stay at that motel, you earn points. When you have enough points, you can usually receive a free night at one of their motels. Or they have other rewards also.
