Modern Austrian clothing is almost similar to their old traditional clothing, it looks like a traditional folk dress with bit of modern fashion including some colour pattern and prints.
It's very similar to fashion seen in England and also similar to some parts of the US. I have a friend from there and she mentioned popular shops are Anthropologie and Espirit and GAP (which seems because it is not over there).
For business clothing look to a designer called Doris Ainedter. Helmut Lang has designed for both Paris and New York shows, so he would also be worth looking at.
Modern austrian clothing is hip and includes jeans and what not. Jeans and tight shirts will be the general norm for modern young men and women in Austria. Think modern for sure.
