First you must get phylo dough--usually found in the frozen foods section of your local grocery store--and thaw it in the fridge. For the stuffing, mix chopped cooked spinach and feta cheese. Wrap the mixture in the phylo and glaze the outside with a beaten egg. Bake in the oven until browned.
Layer phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter. Add mix of chopped spinach, feta cheese, eggs, and dill, then top with more phyllo dough. Brush top with melted butter.
Actually, a toaster oven does just fine. There are many frozen spanikopita options out there!
