There are all different styles that teen girls are wearing. A lot of teen girls like the goth look. Some like the preppy look. Some teen girls like to dress like they live in Hollywood. My daughter changes form daqy to day she never sticks to one style. She is unpredictable.

Ripped jeans and threadbare shirts are in style. Also anything that is glittery, feminine, or bright colored. Make up is also popular but not as much.

Blue jeans are always in style. Boots of all kinds are very "in" right now. Boots can be short or high, leather or fabric. Uggs are great if you can afford them. Invest in a teen magazine, such as "Seventeen" and view the ads. Styles also change somewhat depending on your location, ie eastcoast vs. westcoast.
