I would consider Mickey Mouse music either music from the actual Mickey Mouse cartoons, music from the Mickey Mouse club (the one that had Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake in it), or just music that is included or related to any Disney film or product. It could also mean kiddie songs, unrelated to Disney.

It's used to describe all the music related with the cartoon character Mickey Mouse, music from it's movies and TV shows usually aimed to children, also could be used to refer to the music from the Walt Disney movies.

I would say that Mickey Mouse music would have to be music from any of the old Disney classics like Zip-a-de-do-dah or Whistle While You work. It could also be music from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse that is shown on Disney.

Anything that was written by someone working for the Disney corporation is considered mickey mouse music, it MUST have some reference to mickey mouse. Any song donated to Disney in memory or with (direct or indirect) lyrics referring to mickey mouse is considered mickey mouse music. Any song not donated but with mickey mouse in it is considered this too.
