It can mean a few things, like the Catholic News Agency or Certified Novell Administrator. Most commonly, however, it means Certified Nursing Assistant. A CNA is someone who works under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assisting in the basic care of patients. To become a CNA you must receive 150 hours of training.
