It would be the child of one of your cousins. So say your cousin has a son, that son would be your first cousin once removed.

Your first cousins are your parent sibling children / your aunt and uncle children. Once removed means one generation, so your first cousins once removed would be your parents cousins / you great-aunt and great-uncle's children and then their children would be your second cousins. Once removed would be one generation and twice removed would be two generations.
