Presidential Government is a system where the Executive Branch exists and is separate from the Legislative Branch of government. Therefore, unlike the existing system in the United States, under the Presidential Government system there is a complete separation between these branches of government. There is a complete separation of power while both have the ability to monitor the other.

There is a president in an executive branch governing separately (to an extent) from the legislative branch (like Congress). The United States and France have presidential governments. Germany has a president who doesn't have governmental power, the head of state there is the Chancellor, while Britain has a Prime Minister.
