What is a good switch from eating the Big Mac for lunch every day?

I love the taste of the sauce in the Big Mac and would like an alternative that is healthier.

Order a hamburger and get the Thousand Island dressing on the side this is all the sauce is on a Big Mac, you could put the Thousand Island dressing on a salad if you would like to do that also. You could put the Thousand Island sauce on a grilled chicken sandwich also.

If you love the taste of the sauce then just get the sauce and put it on everything you eat. The new slider at White Castle is good. A-1 sauce is the best.

I am thinking that a Bacon Lettuce tomato sandwich would be much healthier and you can make your own bigmac sauce with some relish mayonaise (low fat) and some ketchup.

Almost anything would be better than a Big Mac. Bringing a sandwich from home with a low fat Thousand Island dressing would be better, or alternatively you can get a grilled chicken sandwich from any fast food place and add your own low fat dressing

Your best bet is a turkey sandwich or even a vegetarian one, possibly with a lower fat cheese. Try finding out what the sauce on the Big Mac is and add it to another kind of sandwich. A Big Mac is fine now and then; it is definitely not healthy every day.

That sauce is Thousand Island dressing so it would be a great healthy switch to get a salad instead or a deli ruben would be a less healthy choice.

For a healthier alternative create your own sandwich with a grilled chicken breast, whole wheat bun, and some light thousand island or honey mustard. Delicious!

It is unrealistic to suddenly switch to eating a salad everyday. Try eating a turkey burger on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato and the sauce you like.
