Fry 2 pounds cubed venison, 1 chopped onion and 1 clove minced garlic in oil until brown. Place fried items in slow cooker. Stir in 4 ounces diced green chili peppers, 10 ounces beef broth, 15 ounces kidney beans, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika and a pinch of salt. Set slow cooker to medium. Cook for 4 hours.
