after some research i have been able to find many types ranging in price from 16 to 64 dollars. Google search,amazon and e-bay have many choices.

A Top Drive Gt wheel with pedals sells for around $69.99.Where as a higher quality Logitec driving force wheel sells for around $99.00.

Racing wheels are even more varied in price and quality than regular PS2 controller. The average price for an average quality is around 75 dollars. So 40 dollars is in the "good price range"

You can get the "Genius Twin Wheel F1" for 35 dollars on newegg. I think this is the best deal you can get for a Plastation 2 racing wheel. Other wheels can be quite expensive.
