My favorite model has just been discontinued. I like stereo headsets because they work for music and computer use as well as for cell phone use. Sound quality for phone conversations is above average, too. You might try the MOTOROKR S7-HD's. Really though, I don't now of any that you should specifically avoid; Motorola makes pretty good headsets.

A good Motorola headset is the H700 as it is affordable, reliable and looks good. It costs less than $50 and is silver and black.
