My hair is dry and has split ends.

First I would suggest getting a trim, the only way to get rid of split ends. Your hair could use a thick moisturising hair mask rather than a good contitioner.

Pantene has been known to treat damaged hair. It also helps to add moisture, for split ends, I suggest cutting a few inches off the bottom.
