The most caffeinated gum you can find is called Stay Alert. It is very hard to find unless you order it online, but it has 100 mg of caffeine per piece. Otherwise there is Peppgum which is a little more readily available and has 70 mg of caffeine per piece.

Apparently Plow On energy gum has the most caffeine. If you try it you'll actually be able to notice the strong flavour and you'll even be able to compare it with other gums. Some say that there is also another gum with even more caffeine, called Stay Alert. I couldn't find that gum anywhere, so I cannot really compare.
