What happens if someone swallows glass?

If you swallowed glass get to the emergency room right away. The glass can cut your intestines, stomach or basically anything that it encounters on it's way through your body.

It is an agonizing death. Depending upon the sharpness it will pierce the digestive track. Sometimes in the oesophagus you may feel pain. Swallowing will be difficult. If the glass pieces are tiny and round,it may come out during stooling.
