What happens during a gallstone attack.

Gallstone attacks are very painful. Sometimes there is nausea and vomiting. There may be chest pain and shortness of breath.

Depending on the person, it ranges from all across the lower ribs to one side or the other. It's painful almost cramp-like feelings from the galbladder rubbing on the stones.
