What happened to the cast of "The Little House on the Prairie"?

The four main characters were Ma, Pa, Mary and Laura. Michael Landon (Pa) died. Karen Grassle (Ma) is the promotion face for Premier Bathrooms. Melissa Sue Anderson (Mary) continues to act periodically, she is married with 2 children. Melissa Gilbert (Laura) continues to act, she is married with 4 children.

I think 2 actors from "Little House" have passed away. Michael Landon, of course, passed away several years from pancreatic cancer. Also, I think the actor who played the preacher at the church at Walnut Grove recently passed away. He was in his 90s. The rest of the cast is still living.

Michael Landon, the patriarch of the show died of lung cancer in 1991. Melissa Gilbert, best known as Laura Ingalls, went on to a successful acting career and even became president of the Screen Actors Guild. Matthew Laborteaux, who played Albert, does successful voice overs for shows and cartoons. Alison Arngrim, (Nellie Oleson) has had small roles on movies.

Melissa Gilbert is married, acts in plays, and does infomercials. Michael Landon was ill & died several years ago. Karen Grassle is still active in theatre & does game shows.

Michael Landon passed away, did series, "Highway To Heaven" w/Victor French (Mr. Edwards). Melissa Gilbert is still acting (Laura), Catherine Grassle (Caroline)product. Check imdb. com for others.

Melissa Gilbert still acts and recently was head of the actor's union, the Screen Actors Guild. Michael Landon passed away. Other cast members still act occasionally.
