Actually, his girls are not named George, one has the middle name George, and one is named Georgetta, but the others are not named George. It is true that the boys are though, and are generally distinguished by nicknames. George Foreman may just want to carry on the family name because he is proud of it.

George Foreman grew up very poor and with little guidance from his mother and alocoholic father. He named all of his kids George to be closer to them.

Little is known about George's early life prior to his boxing career. Naming all of his kids George is most likely a result of his well-known and enormous ego.
