What happened on season two of "Prison Break"?

After Season 1, the two brothers who were imprisoned, Lincoln and Michael, along with six other inmates, escape from prison. The season revolved around the escaped inmates alluding a manhunt set up by a secret group called "The Company", who wants the prisoners dead.

In season 2 of Prison Break the brothers are on the run and trying to find out who put them there. They are attempting to get out of the country. They are also being pursed by two different forces one is the FBI and the other is someone from the company.
