From my experience the only foods that have negative calories is Celery. It takes more energy to digest celery so you end up burning calories in the process of digesting it.
Celery is thought to contain negative calories. Each celery stick has about 6 calories and the body uses 10 calories in the digestion process per celery stalk so there's a calorie loss of about 4 calories for each celery stick that is eaten. So in other words, celery does contain negative calories.
All foods have some calories in them but some foods have a negative calorie effect on the body which means the body uses more calories to process the food than the calories that are in the food. Most of the foods are raw fruits and vegetables.
Foods that have negative calories are mostly vegetables. They are negative because it takes more energy to eat the vegetables, such as peppers or lettuce, which burns calories and vegetables are 0 calories most of the time.
Technically, there are no foods that have negative calories. However, some foods, like celery cause the body to burn more calories digesting the food, than is received by said food.
Vegetables include egg plant, onion, turlip, broccoli, celery, spinach and cucumber. Nuts enbrace chestnut, walnut, peanut and coconut. Fruit contains apple, banana, mango, strawberry, orange, cherry and pine apple.
