What foods burn the most calories?

No foods actually burn calories in of themselves, however the act of eating (chewing, swallowing, digesting) do burn a small amount of calories. There are a few foods that burn more in this process then they actually have in them, such as celery.

Supposedly, eating celery stalks will help you to lose weight, because chewing them burns more calories than they contain. Drinking caffeinated tea will also slightly increase your metabolism.

The foods that burn the most calories are the ones that are high in fiber. These include food items such as, whole grain foods and fruits. Some examples could be, oats, beans and grapes.

Food doesn't burn calories, your body burns calories by exercising and moving. It's a bad idea to live off of low calorie foods. Eat a balanced diet.
