Sirromet is a winery located in Australia. It's family owned and has had over 500 prestigious wines since its opening it 2000. They use there own grapes grown on site. The distinctive Granite Belt terroir, combined with the high elevation of the vineyards reward the winemakers with distinct flavours, texture and structure, which make the Sirromet wine range in flavor.

Sirromet wine depending on the vineyard has fruity character such as fruits like gooseberry,passion fruit,green apple,pear,tangerine,sweet berry fruit.Also floral palate and hints of vanillin pending on the vineyard,Sirromet wine are made grape varietal such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir,Sauvignon Blanc,Verdelho,Pinot Gris,Shiraz, Carbernet Sauvignon and Carbernet Melot.
