An LLC is a Limited Liability Company. Any one can start an Limited Liability Company and the advantage is that you are not liable personally for the business as you are in a partnership. Additionally you do not have to pay corporate and individual taxes both.

LLC means limited liability company. It means that the owners of the business are not fully responsible for the company's action and aren't personally liable if the business fails.
