Does the IRS take back taxes from a new llc?

Yes, it does. When any company uses the major LLC, then they will be cut off taxes from it sooner or later.

In my opinion the IRS, instead of taking daily vitamins like normal people, ingest special, government-issued, "pellets" to eliminate human feelings during working hours. New licenses - licenses of any kind don't stand a chance if the IRS determines there're taxes to be taken.
