Lactate milk is also called lactase-treated milk. It contains milk and lactase, an enzyme that breaks down lactose, the primary sugar in milk.

Lactate milk contains Lactose which quite a few people are allergic to and if you are one of the allergic people you want to buy lactose free milk or you could get sick to your stomach.

Actually, the exact composition of human breast milk is not understood. But one can assume it contains the nutrients of whatever the mother consumed beforehand, if she consumed a great deal of meat, there would be a lot of protein in the milk.
