It may mean that you feel guilty about something you did and feel you should be punished. Getting shot in your dream may be your way of unconsciously punishing yourself.

My best friend wakes up out of his sleep jumping and even causing reflexes with an accident by hitting me on purpose on the face or grabbing me out of his sleep do you think it's safe for me to continue to lay by him? add a comment

It can depend on where you get shot, by who you get shot, etc. Generally, being shot signifies feelings of being attacked or persecuted. If you know the attacker, it points to feelings of being "attacked" by that person, where an anonymous shooter is a manifestation of your inner feelings.

It may mean something or nothing. Maybe you are subconsciously worrying about death. It could mean you may be getting some bad news. Then again maybe it means nothing at all. Maybe you watched or heard something about somebody who got shot and it affected you so much that you dreamt it happened to you.

I dreamt I got shot in the side of the head and I was really tense and in pain when I woke up with my head on it's side from the blow. It felt real. I was scared there was blood on the pillow; but there wasn't. Freaky stuff...

i had a dream that my real mum shot me cuz of sumthang she did and wuz tryin 2 blame me and i wouldn't let hur do that 2 me so she got mad and shot me right in tha chest then i woke up sweating and very freaked out.
