Well, it just means that the pimples are very deep into your pores. You need to ensure that you clean away the bacteria from your skin that has been built up. Benzyl peroxide when used will help clear the bacteria.

An itchy pimple can be from an ingrown hair. You can use an anti-itch cream on it to relieve it.
