Drwin. exe is a Windows system file. Generally, this error can be caused by some new hardware. If you have a new logitech mouse or keyboard, uninstall it and get the latest drivers off of their website. If you don't, click Start > Run... and type 'sfc /scannow'. This will check to see if all of your Windows files are correct.

Dr. Watson error-collector and reporting tool has failed to load at start up. You can disable this by going to regedit and deleting the entry here. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug is the registry directory location.
