Answer by  Lomerell (25)

This is the cutoff level for the amount of substance discovered in the urine of the person in the drug screening. The actual acronyms stand for nanograms per milliliter. The "cutoff level" means this is the maximum allowed amount to still hire the individual for the job. Any amount detected greater than the cutoff will not be hired.

A cutoff level is the concentration of a substance in the urine. The levels are expressed in nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL). You will test positive about this level.
