What do you suggest in the way of heated clothes for outdoors?

I don't suggested heated clothes for outdoors - they are unreliable and extremely expensive. I would suggest wearing multiple layers (a base layer of something like UnderArmour, designed for cold weather). You could add warming packs between the layers.

I'm not sure about artificially heated clothing but if you stick to the three layer rule than you should be fine - undergarments that will not make you sweat, middle layer for warmth and outer layer to prevent wind chill

An inexpensive option are hand warmers. These come in both reusable and single use varieties, and are inserted into mittens, gloves or pockets to keep hands warm.

for outdoor packing you must take heated clothes such that you may not feel feel shivering their.you must take socks, gloves, jackets and stuffed clothes so that it may wrap you.you can also take warm and hot hoodoos instead of jackets so that you may not have to take caps also with you
