According to their website, it can be returned, but you have to follow exactly the criteria they provide. Call 1-800-914-8701 to talk to a customer service representative and get an RA (return authorization) number and a UPS return label. Make sure you return it within 30 days. What you paid for getting it shipped to you is non-refundable, however.

If your Sure Fit slip covers don't fit, you need to either return them for a refund, or exchange them for a different size. Trying to force them onto a piece of furniture which does not fit them can damage both the slip cover, and the furniture.
