You have to change your diet to mainly anti oxidant foods. You drink dandelion tea along with any other cleansing tonic teas to eliminate the cyst and improve kidney function.

If the syst is small nothing is done. If it grows and causes pain there is a procedure where a long needle is inserted to deflate the cyst.

A cyst on such a vital organ is a serious condition. The doctor will most likely take a biopsy to determine whether the cyst is malignant (cancerous) or benign (not cancerous). If it proves to be cancerous, removal of the cyst would be necessary and possibly result in partial or total loss of the kidney.
