What do they mean when they talk about "point of view" in writing?

Point of view, means, what would you put, what in your view would be the point of a certain subject.You pick out a point of an article then write your view about the article i,e article is cartoon, the point being snow white,that is the main focus of the subject.

Point of view is the way that a story is told by the author when he writes a story. These are used to give off the proper emotion to the tale, or give information to the reader to tell them what is going on. Some different ones are first person, third person, and omnipresent.
