There is a possibility that this puppy is very sick and likely suffering from anemia. Your puppy should see a veterinarian immediately. Anemia can be caused by a number of things in puppies, but most commonly it is due to an infestation of ticks and/or fleas. More seriously, your puppy may have internal bleeding and needs professional care.

Anytime your puppy or dog has white gums you need to arrange to see a vet very quickly. Puppies should have good color and often paleness means they are anemic or have worms leaching their nutrition out before they can absorb it. This can be deadly for a young dog.

Have they always been that color? Is this a recent change. If this is recent your puppy could be oxygen deprived. If they have always been that color, that is completly normal. Dogs have different color gums based upon their bread and their age. You could always take your puppy into the vet to get an experts opinion.

You need to take your puppy to the vet. I personally never heard of that happening to a puppy, so the best solution is to take him to his vet and have him look the dog over.

That means that your puppy is extremly dehydrated and needs to be taken to a vet imediately also call the vet and see if there is anything else.

You should take your puppy to the vet. This could be a sign of a liver or kidney problem. Or, he could have just ate something odd.
