If the bird is wild you has to call your nearest wildlife preserve or someone affiliated with the fish and game they will be able to either come out and get it or they could tell you what your next step should be.

If you spot a wild bird that appears to be hurt or in trouble,do not catch it right away.Observe their behavior for 20 minutes.
