Your breed of dog is know to have alopecia. Hair loss and it will get worse as the dog matures. Their skin will be sensitve to the heat and cold and will need to be cared for carefully.

It could be a number of reasons the ones that pop out at me are the dag may have mange and the dog will scratch like crazy as well as lose all it's hair. Another one could be stressed the first sign of stress in a dog is hair loss because they overgroom themselves.

A common cause during the spring is due to the change in weather when dogs lose their winter coats for lighter summer coats. Hair loss can also be caused by stress or allergies. If your dog has bald spots, take him to the vet.
