What could be wrong if my kitten cries when I pick her up by her stomach and she cannot move her back legs?

The kitten could have a back or spine injury; this is common in kittens from large litters; runts tend to get trampled. A cat can have a clot clog the arteries to her legs, causing weakness. If she doesn't get better in a day, take her to the vet.

Could have a serious problem on here lower/back vertebrates.I suggest you take hem to a bet inmmidietly before this worsens.
