The tiny worms on your mattress, could be dust mites, or the begining of a serious condition called scabbies. Throw that mattress out!!!

The most likely cause would be that they are the larvae of bed bugs. They are clear prior to feeding on blood, but afterwards they would resemble a red/brown colour. However, in order to truly identify them and be rid of them, you really would need to call in a pest control expert or exterminator.

Whatever it is its pretty gross. I would not sleep on the bed any more. I would guess the "worms" are actually maggots, or some other kind of larve. Most likely not bed bugs since you can't even see a bedbug let alone their larve. I would call a professional as soon as you can get to a phone.

I would say that they are more likely to be larvae than proper worms. That would make them some kind of insect. Possibly bed bugs. But it might be some other type of insect.

With no details to go on, first guess is some sort of bed bug. You can always call pest control to get a 100% accurate answer on what they are.

Worms on your mattress can be a sign of 2 major things. The presence of bed bugs or also the presence of maggots in your room.

You people know nothing about what you are saying. Bed Bugs never look like worms. Their larvae look like little bed bugs. You can see bed bugs with the naked eye, they have NOTHING to do with sanitation or cleanliness,and a sign of two things??? Really?? That's just dumb.

These worms are called bedburgs.They normally develop as a result of poor sanitation and may cause several sicknesses which arechurmful to man.therefore you need to takecare about their consequenses
