There are a number of programs in southern California, including online study programs. There are a number of websites that list all the programs in southern Cal, and link to those programs for additional details. Paramedic Enterprises, Santa Ana College and Riverside Community College have EMT programs as well as others that may be of interest.

There are several EMT programs as community colleges. Check your local community college to see if they offer one there. This is a pretty popular program at many schools and is offered at many schools.

There are many California Colleges that offer classes in EMT. One college that offers such classes is the Santa Ana College. Riverside Community College is also a Southern Califormia college that offers this type of class. EMT is a very popular type of class and it is offered at many colleges.

There are several community college in Southern California with an EMT program, Antelope Valley medical college in Lancaster, Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, East Los Angeles College in Monterey Park, Long Beach City College in Long Beach, Pasadena City College in Pasadena, Barstow Community College in Barstow and Riverside Community College in Riverside.

Santa Ana College, Riverside Community College and California at East Los Angeles College all offer this certification among many other schools. The State of California not only developed Emergency Care certifications in the 70's and set the standard for the nation, they are very pro-active in offering education.
