Cuban or any natural rolled cigar should be placed in a humidor with the higher humidity content. This is so the cigar can retain the natural features and does not get soggy if it is in a colder temperature which will make the cigar hard to light and soggy when you use it.
The required relative humidity depends on the temperature they are kept at. To be kept at 78% humidity, the temperature must be 67°F (equivalent to 70% at 70°F).
It all depends on personal taste. Any cigars stored at slightly higher humidity will do perfectly fine but you may have to relight them more often. Experiment first.
