Leg pain can be from compression of a nerve due to posture, non-ergonomic desk set up, injury or from spinal compression pinching the nerve running down the leg.

There could be many reasons and depending where it is radiation to and where the origin of the pain is coming from. You could have a slipped disc and you compressed a nerve, there could have been micro repetitive injury that caused it in your spine. You might also have tight muscles in your gluts that is compressing some nerves.
