Tires by Douglas Tire were sold by Walmart up until late 2009. There have been a number of issues with the tires, which resulted in the discontinuation at Walmart.

The Douglas Tire company is a brand of GoodYear tires. Its basically a re-badge of the cheap range of Goodyear tires for Wal-Mart. So essentially its a company name attached to the low end goodyear tires specifically for Wal-Mart
