Buy inventory from retailers going out of business to reduce your base costs. Find out where those actually spending money are before opening a location.

Important for such a site is to have a good search function. Your own search function in your own site should be better that the one of google or alltheweb. It should be possible to serach for a specific gender and a specific size. Include large pictures of your products.
