Jay Leno has many cars, and a full staff to work on them. His Collection includes Steam Cars, Corvettes, various classics and modern Hybrids. Just do a search for Jay Leno's Garage, and you can see all of his collection. One car that stands out in particular is '66 Oldsmobile Toronado.

Currently Jay has over 230 cars currently in his 17,000 square foot Southern California Big Dog Garage. If you wanna know more about all of these check out his website. There is a page that has all the cars, bikes, and planes grouped by category. From there you can read and watch videos about each one.
