At arbitration both you and your creditor will present your evidence regarding your credit case to the judge. There will be no jury. The judge will consider the evidence, and then make a decision regarding whom should pay what to whom. You cannot appeal after wards as you could if it was a regular trial.

An arbitration is like a mini trial. The credit card issuers takes arbitration to down the legal costs. It should not take more than 2 hours for the arbitration.
